CONGRESS POSTPONED

LETTER TO PARTICIPANTS

Dear 8th. IMHA Congress participants,

We hope this message finds you all well.

This is the inevitable announcement that the 8th IMHA Congress (scheduled Porto, June 30 – July 4) is now officially postponed until next year due to the crisis caused by the current COVID-19 outbreak. June and July 2020 are no longer possible dates for traveling and meeting, for professional reasons or otherwise.

In this message, we will try to address some of the urgent questions arising from this decision.

— The new date for the 8th IMHA Congress is 29 June – 3 July, 2021.

— We will try to reconstruct the programme including all participants.

— Your acceptance to the conference with your paper or session remains. If in the course of this year you wish to update your abstract or paper title, please let us know and we will make the changes.

— Some reshuffling may be necessary, but there is now plenty of time to do so.

— The fee you paid is, of course, valid for the new date.

— Should you unfortunately not be able to attend next year, you can cancel your registration under normal conditions and in due time.

— Should you have made a reservation with one of the hotels we recommended on our webpage and have a problem with your cancellation or rescheduling, please let us know.

I wish you all good health. We will be in touch with more details at a later date. Porto will still be here waiting for you.

Best regards,

Amélia Polónia
